1. Eligibility (19+)

You must be at least 19 years of age to register and play at Casino Extreme Canada (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec where provincial law permits). By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your province or territory and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. We verify age through KYC documentation — accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately closed and deposits returned.

One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and bonuses forfeited. You must not be self-excluded from any gambling operator or under a voluntary exclusion order. Employees of Casino Extreme and its affiliates are not eligible to play for real money.

2. Bonus Terms — 30x Wagering Requirement

Our welcome bonus gives you 100% match on your first deposit up to C$500, plus 50 free spins on Book of Dead. Minimum deposit to trigger the bonus is C$10. The bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Example: deposit C$100, receive C$100 bonus — wagering requirement is C$100 × 30 = C$3,000. Your original C$100 deposit is always withdrawable regardless of wagering status.

Free spin winnings carry a separate 30x wagering requirement calculated on the winnings amount. Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonuses expire automatically. Maximum bet while a bonus is active is C$5 per spin — bets above this limit during active bonus may result in bonus forfeiture. Bonus wagering contributions: slots count 100%, live casino games count 10%, table games count 10%. Not all games are eligible for bonus wagering — excluded games are listed in the casino game lobby.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is C$10. All deposits are subject to payment processor approval. We do not charge fees on deposits; your payment provider may. Deposits made with bonuses cannot be reversed once the bonus has been accepted. If you wish to withdraw your deposit without meeting wagering requirements, contact support before wagering begins to forfeit the bonus and release your deposit.

Minimum withdrawal is C$20 (C$50 for bank transfers). We process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. We reserve the right to require additional verification before processing large withdrawals. Weekly withdrawal limit for standard accounts is C$5,000. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit where possible — this is an anti-money laundering requirement. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will result in account review and potential suspension.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds: creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times; using automated software or bots to play games; exploiting software errors or game glitches; colluding with other players in multiplayer games; using fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks without dispute resolution process.

Bonus abuse — systematic play designed to profit from bonus terms without genuine play intent — is prohibited. We monitor gameplay patterns and reserve the right to void winnings obtained through identified bonus abuse. Any winnings resulting from software malfunctions are void. In the event of a genuine software error, we will refund the affected bets.

5. Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Remaining balances will be returned to your original payment method after verification. Self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent are available through the Responsible Gaming section of your account. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms, with final balances returned to the verified account holder after completion of any ongoing investigations.

6. Governing Law

Casino Extreme operates under Curacao gaming licence 8048/JAZ. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao. Disputes not resolved through our internal process may be submitted to the eCOGRA dispute resolution service. We commit to fair resolution in accordance with our licence obligations.
