Responsible Gaming

Gambling should be entertaining. When it stops being fun — when it feels like an obligation, a way out of problems, or something you can't control — that's when it's time to reach out. We take problem gambling seriously. The tools on this page are here to help.

Recognizing Problem Gambling

Problem gambling doesn't always look dramatic. Often it builds gradually. Some signs to watch for in yourself or someone you know:

  • Spending more than you planned or can afford
  • Chasing losses — gambling more to recover what you lost
  • Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or personal problems
  • Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you gamble
  • Neglecting work, relationships, or responsibilities because of gambling
  • Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling

If any of these resonate, please use our self-exclusion tools or reach out to the support organizations listed below. Recognizing the problem is the first and hardest step. Help is available, confidential, and free.

Self-Exclusion — How to Take a Break

We offer self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and permanent. To activate self-exclusion, go to your account settings under Responsible Gaming, or contact our live chat team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours. During exclusion, your account is fully locked — you cannot log in, deposit, or play. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

Permanent self-exclusion closes your account entirely. After permanent exclusion we will not re-activate your account under any circumstances. If you choose a temporary period, re-opening requires a 7-day cooling period after your exclusion expires — we won't let you rush back in. We also support referral to national self-exclusion programs.

Deposit Limits & Account Controls

Inside your account dashboard, you can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period — this delay is intentional to prevent impulsive decisions. You can also set session time limits, which display a pop-up reminder after a chosen duration of play.

The Reality Check feature shows you your total session time and net win/loss at regular intervals. Enabling this feature keeps your gambling activity visible rather than invisible. We recommend using deposit limits from the start of your account — it's one of the most effective ways to stay within your budget. These tools are available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming at any time.
